What are the words to describe the excellent experience we had with Topuz Real Estate? From our first meeting with Alija, we were SO impressed. With his extensive background in remodelling and contracting, he just knows so much about buildings and was able to point out assets and flaws of the houses we viewed. That definitely saved us money on inspections of houses we wouldn’t have ended up buying, and it gave us a lot of confidence about the home choice we ultimately made. Alija Topuz earned top rating as our representative in purchasing our new house. He is a good listener. He first got to know our needs and our target budget through casual conversation. He sent us many recommendations in our price range that met our property needs in neighbourhoods of our interest. Alija never tried to press a property at a price point higher that what we volunteered to him. He was always patient, available, prompt and friendly, putting us at ease. He was knowledgeable about buildings, services and neighbourhoods and pointed out features and characteristics that would affect our enjoyment of our prospective property. He organized our property visits without backtracking and never hurried us. We never felt pressured to make a decision. In the final steps of the purchase process he was thorough, and, a fair but firm negotiator. I cannot imagine what could have made the process better. Mr. Alija Topuz is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Alija Topuz turned out to be a very helpful sales agent when my late brother’s condo went up for sale. He got the place into tip-top shape and prepared a very suitable ad for it. He had a very good sense of the market which allowed him to price and time the sale of the unit for optimal results.
